What we ask for, and what we do with it.
You are about to send us your jobs list. Here is what that means, before you send a thing.
1. What we ask for
One export from your CRM. Job status. Estimate amount. Dates. Job type. For insurance jobs, we also want the carrier and the open balance.
You can leave names off. We do not need them for the free report. Use the address or a job number instead.
2. Read-only, or a file. Never a login we keep.
Pick one. Send us the file. Or give us read-only access for one hour while we pull it. Either way, we never get a password. We never change anything in your CRM.
3. Who sees it
One person reads your file. Nobody else on our side sees it. It never goes to anyone outside Stormpaid.
4. What happens to it
- You do not sign up: we delete your file in 30 days. No copies.
- You sign up: it becomes the baseline list in your contract.
- We never sell it. We never share it.
5. The one-page agreement
Before you send a real export, we send a one-page agreement to sign. It says the same things as this page, in writing. No surprise clauses. Want to read it first? Ask for a copy.
6. If something goes wrong
Tell us. We delete your file that same day, 30-day rule or not. hello@stormpaid.com.
